Hammond Grange Ltd was established in 1984 by W T Lander who already owned 4 successful industrial sites in Leicester.
Operating out of Oadby, south of Leicester city centre and concentrating on the county of Leicestershire, Hammond Grange Ltd own and manage a large portfolio of properties. These range from starter units and small workshops up to extensive warehousing and office blocks. The company has steadily grown increasing the existing wide selection of units, yet maintaining the successful company philosophy of keeping things simple. All properties are subject to taking out an agreement in the form of a standard lease.
Terry first started his lettings business in his personal name in 1977 with the purchase of 4 flats and 10 industrial units at Lansdowne Road, Aylestone which we still own now.
Terry Lander was born in one of the flats at Lansdowne Road, after purchasing this property he then went on to purchase Harrison Court , St Mark’s Works, Foundry Lane and St Mary’s Works, Burnmoor Street. The first site purchased as Hammond Grange Ltd was Premier Works, Canal Street.
