Hammond Grange Ltd was established in 1984 by W T Lander who already owned 4 successful industrial sites in Leicester.
Operating out of Wigston , south of Leicester city centre and concentrating on the county of Leicestershire, Hammond Grange Ltd own and manage a large portfolio of properties.
These range from starter units and small workshops upto extensive warehousing and office blocks.
The company has steadily grown increasing the existing wide selection of units, yet maintaining the successful company philosopy of keeping things simple.
All properties are subject to taking out an agreement in the form of a standard lease.
